*PhD students applying for the reduced student fee should ask their supervisor to send in parallel with the on-line registration a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status.

The Regular and Student Registration Fees include:
- Admission to both oral and poster sessions
- Online program and abstracts
- Welcome reception
- Lunch (for 3 days)
- Refreshments during breaks
- Banquet

Registration Cancellation Policy
Delegates with paid registrations not being able to participate for any reason or canceling their participation less than 30 days before the conference start will forfeit their right to any refund of their registration fees. In the event of cancellation by the delegate to participate in the BES Meeting, the registration fee will be refunded according to the figures below. However, all processing cost will be covered by the registrant. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
